Example IR Inspection
How Level is the home you are buying?
Would you like to know?
Let us perform an elevation survey for you so you can see visually and document the levelness of the foundation on the day of inspection!
We want you to be able to make an informed decision about the home you are purchasing. We provide a very thorough inspection and a report that is concise and easy to understand.
We will spend three to four hours thoroughly inspecting the home you are considering for purchase. The Sallade's Inspection Services inspect from the grade of the yard to the top of the roof and everything in between. Inspecting the mechanical systems; (Heating & AC, plumbing and electrical systems). We take a lot of photos and integrate them into the report to better illustrate the systems being inspected and any deficiencies that are found. We use an infrared camera to check for overheating inside of the electrical panel, air leaks at visible duct connections and also to make sure that all of the rooms with AC vents are blowing cold air.
You are welcome to come to the Inspection. Even though we take a lot of pictures it is always better to see things in person. It also gives us a chance to discuss any specific areas of concern and answer any questions that you might have.
We have performed more that 3400 home inspections over the last 13 years; each one with great attention to detail. Our team has over 7 years of experience in new home construction, having built more than 250 new homes as well as commercial construction experience (Heating & AC installation in schools, and multi story buildings etc..)
Let our experience help you to know the condition of the property you are buying; and make a more informed and confident purchase decision.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,
Is the home you are buying missing insulation? How would you know?
