We want you to feel informed in your purchasing decision. If you would like to be at the inspection and follow along with our inspectors that's Great. We would love to have you there to see how the inspection process works first hand. Also We don't rush the wrap up at the end of the inspection; we take the time to explain everything.
We provide a thorough inspection. We know detail is important to you! We will report on every deficiency we can find from Loose outlets to Air conditioners and heaters not working properly!
We provide a concise report that details the current condition of the property. We write a report that is respectful of your time! We will not overload our reports with Boilerplate filler comments or Canned Comments that waist your time reading them.
Knowing the condition of the property you are considering investing in can help you make an informed purchase decision.
The IR camera (InfraRed) camera is used on every one of our home inspections to check the electrical panel, Duct connections visible from the attic walking areas and also the HVAC grills. We also offer and IR Scan to check for missing insulation on walls & Ceilings. This can be very valuable if you are buying a new home and you noticed insulation in the trash bin after the drywall was installed.
We have performed more that 3160 home inspections over the last 12 years; each one with great attention to detail. Our team has over 7 years of experience in new home construction, having built more than 250 new homes as well as commercial construction experience (Heating & AC installation in schools, and multi story buildings etc..)
Let our experience help you to know the condition of the property you are buying; and make a more informed and confident purchase decision.

The Star represents the reference point. The positive or negative numbers shown in the drawing are the elevation differences measured in comparison to the reference point. Elevation numbers in a box are measurements taken at the ceiling. Garage floors are poured with a slope but the ceilings are framed level. That is why garage measurements are taken at the ceiling.
